Catholic League rivals went head to head in the boys’ basketball State Semifinals. Second-seeded St. Augustine took the win in a 42-40 victory over sixth-seeded Brother Martin in the Division I semifinals at Burton Coliseum on Thursday afternoon. Our student film and media crew members were on hand to capture the action.

Division 1 Basketball Final – Saturday, March 9, 2019. 
With the win, the Purple Knights lock in the school’s first trip to the state finals since 2011. The Purple Knights now move on to face Scotlandville on Saturday, March 9, noon, at Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  We invite you to join the action and support our Purple Knights.

Support the Purple Knights – Fan Bus – 8 a.m. Departure.

St. Augustine High School will host a fan charter bus to support our student-athletes. Game time is noon on Saturday, March 9, 2019, at Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The bus will depart from St. Augustine’s campus at 8 A.M.

Bur ride: $30. Game Ticket: $13.   
The fan bus ride is $30 per person. We must have 55 participant reservations to move forward. Game tickets are $13 each and are NOT included with the bus ticket. To reserve your seat, please email brey@purpleknights.com and specify “Fan bus” in your email. Payments will be collected at boarding time, cash only.
