Several Purple Knights participated in the Slam ’N’ Jam volleyball competition, hosted by the CYO Office of the Archdiocese of New Orleans on April 9 at Coconut Beach Volleyball Courts in Kenner. The annual event supports Camp Friendship and Camp Pelican.
Camp Friendship is a camp for children with Spina Bifida. Camp Pelican is a camp for children with Chronic Asthma and other pulmonary/breathing disorders. Purple Knight, Fr. Several members of the Purple Knight family participate in the camp as campers, counselors and staff.
